Tongue and Groove Gates

The standard frame tongue and groove clad gate is manufactured from ex 50mm prepared softwood to construct the frame. This is clad with tongue and groove interlocking boarding, and compliments perfectly alongside a fence run or as a standalone pedestrian entrance gate. This offers a higher quality finish to the boarding with a smooth finish.

This is available in standard sizes of 0.9m and 1.05m wide. Nonstandard sizes are available. For larger sizes please view our heavy frame gates page.

Standard frame tongue and groove gate comes with the option of with or without capping and is available with a curve top or scalloped top.

This gate as standard is hung using galvanised fittings suitable for manual purposes, consisting of 18” medium Tee hinges, a 5” ring latch and a pad bolt (Padlocks supplied by others).
