Windsor Gates

The standard frame Windsor gate comprises of a gate manufactured from ex 50mm prepared softwood to construct the frame that is clad with tongue and groove interlocking boarding and complimented above with hour glass shaped open spindles.

The gate is constructed in an approximate split of two thirds solid boarding and one third open spindle design. Other ratio splits and spindle shapes available.

Standard frame Windsor gate offers a high-quality pedestrian gate perfectly suited for its decorative finish where privacy is not the main concern.

This is available in standard sizes of 0.9m and 1.05m wide. Nonstandard sizes are available. For larger sizes please view our heavy frame gates page.

This gate comes with the option of a curve or scalloped top.

Standard frame Windsor gate as standard is hung using galvanised fittings suitable for manual purposes, consisting of 18” medium Tee hinges, a 5” ring latch and a pad bolt (Padlocks supplied by others). Other fittings available on request.
